The room smelled like smoke.

Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food.

TV didn't work, had to have staff come and get it turned on. It would not shut off, had to unplug it. When I went down to get coffee in the morning, I brought a cup back for my husband, and then returned thru the cafe to go sit outside with my coffee. The food was all out in the cafe, and I picked up a muffin on the way. The food service person was upset with me and told me that the food was not ready until 7:00, it was 6:45. She told me to read the sign, which I didn't see as I was coming from the other end of the hallway. I didn't appreciate being lectured.

Always has been a super nice place , well maintained . Nice rooms. Beds are extremely soft so if that’s not your thing beware so a sore back. Tv does get very loud , and first time being placed at the front of the hotel room wise and road noise is quite bad . Hot tub was great , pool looked iffy. Been to many hotels in the area and they always had coffee/ tea available all day. Not here. Note that breakfast stops at 9 during the week and that’s 9 sharp! All cleaned and removed pronto!! Considering the price paid here I would opt back to cmon inn or sleep inn and suites cost wise for what you get. If money no object then it would be my first choice.

This hotel is active duty but NOT veteran friendly—-but only when they want to boot you from your room to make space for a higher paying guest. The literal comment was you are retired so your ID is no good. The General Manager - Kyle Cooksey lacks professionalism and general people skills.
