The location, the staff, the ambience, all well!

Breakfast was not included aa earlier! The buffet breakfast is now less with its varieties and limited choice - it was not so earlier! Earlier there were varieties of items provided! The price is also raised high without breakfast!

Price is too high for the facility inside the room. Outside the room is good. One bad thing is management will not allow to change the booking. So i have to pay several days of charges i have not used. Air condition was not working. Bathroom is just ok but not great for the price.

Management is not customer friendly

Sometimes Ac did not work Will not allow to adjust the dates after booking. I have to pay extra days which i did not use the room for. The staff and management was unfriendly on this matter. Once you are booked you are stuck. I do not recommend this unless you are 100% sure.

Only the property is good location is good

No hot water supply when i was asked for hot water they are saying when ever ur going to take bath call at reception they will on geyser staff is also litbit rude no comforters at bed only thin bedsheet is there totally serviceis baad
