Clean tidy and well presented

Unfortunately the view wasn’t great, but once the area is fully finish I’m sure it will be lovely. I bet the quay side view is stunning

Accessing the apartment was quite straight forward although I should have contacted my host before arrival to save a 10 minute wait.

The apartment is well used, but clean. The door jam on the front door which holds the security chain was not fixed properly and there were some loose and cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Nothing dangerous, but just a fair amount of wear and tear.

The bed was so uncomfortable , both elevators were out during our stay. The lobby and out side door was full of broken plates and garbage. There was puke on the sidewalk. The apartment inside was clean but our backs were so sore from bed we rented another hotel. We tried to talk with the owner but he kept saying the mattress were new. Yes they were new but they had no support and made our sleep impossible. We asked if we could get some refund but refused and we were not up for a fight. Just not a great experience.

The deposit being actually taken from my account, then they were slower to pay it back than they had told me they would be. Why not put a hold on the money on a credit card like car hire firms. I wouldn't bother with this company again. Wifi code didn't work, guy said he'd come and sort, never showed up. Parking was a faff, and made check out a pain, and was not exactly cheap, or reasonable. Paid less in city centre Birmingham.

We booked this due to its close proximity to Victoria warehouse as it's only a short walk. In the surrounding area there are also plenty of places to eat out and have a drink

No issues really

The apartment was generally clean and had towels and clean sheets. The person who eventually met us was friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast.

The address on the initial message was not correct so a friend who went to check it out for us could not find it.Three days before arrival we were given a different address in the same area. It too was not accurate because the directions said "next to sainsbury’s” but the block was the opposite side of a building site from sainsburys. There were 4 blocks with the same name but different letters. We were not told it was block D. As a result parking was very difficult and stressful - and we are worried that we will be charged a fine for waiting in the nearer block’s car park. Again 3 days before the visit we were told we needed ID but had already left home. The first response to my query was unhelpful. Luckily I had an OAP bus pass with me. The bed in the second bedroom was extremely spongy and has given me backache (I usually like soft beds but this was extreme)
