Palau Green Village

Weere just back after 8 nights in the palau green village .we had a fantastic time the stsff were really friendly and helpful so much so that they made you feel at home straight away.special mention to marina and tanya.the apartments are great and very good value.being centrally located

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that the price that was announced on the Internet was not the real price for two nights, I was charged 80 euros for cleaning. I don't think it's fair not to announce the final price, pretty mean of you. When you go to the store to buy bread, the price is announced, and if you don't have the money, they won't give you bread, right? I don't like being cheated on this way. Hopefully more people will see my comment and consider if they want to book there . I would not recommend you to anyone. I feel sorry for the staff working there, they are very nice and the bosses are crooks.

The initial price seen on the website seemed good but before even seeing the room, we started getting charged extras: some of the extras didn’t even have used and they just told us to pay them without giving us any reason. Towels were not included, we had to pay an additional 10€ for them. There was no dishwasher and almost no soap to clean the plates with. The sofa bed was terrible and bent upwards, making you feel like your upside down. Overpriced, bad value .

We spent 1 week at Residence Green Village Palau, in bilo4. The small apartment is ok but not 4 stars. Very friendly people behind the desk and the people who daily take care of the complex. The owners of the bar are also very friendly and service minded. My mattress was full of staines (don't wanna know from what) and both me and my friend got itching from day 2 and today (Mei, 24 2023) still have it. We were lucky it was low season, because I'm sure you cannot get any rest during the high season, because people get rowdy till late in the night. And with those thin walls, you can hear everything. A good base from were you can visit other places. The WIFI in our apartment...wasn't in our apartment. We had to go outside for a little connection. But please, don't be mean to the people working there! They're all very kind and always ready to help the guests. A big hug to those beautiful people.

Appartement correct mais bien cher pour les prestations offertes.

Lo contrate el mismo día por la mañana, llegamos 14 hs, atendían a partir de 17 hs. Nos presentamos, piden mails de contratación y pasaporte, al final nos dicen que de limpieza cobran 70 euros, 50 de cocina y 200 euros de garantía. Era por una noche que costaba 65 euros, bajo mi disconformidad me retiré y contraté un ByB muy bueno por 55 euros y sin problemas , me quede 2 días en este lugar hermoso

Wir, 2 Erwchsene+2 Kinder, verbrachten im Oktober 7 Tage im Green Village. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Strände und Buchten im Norden zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küchenzeile zweckmäßig eigerichtet. Bett und Schlafsofa sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung ist Ok.

Endroit très agréable, résidence très sympa, simple, jolie, calme et familiale, alentours magnifiques à voir absolument! bien entretenue, jolie végétation. Peut être petit manque au niveau vaisselle pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner: pas d'épluche-légume, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de grille-pain, mini cafetière italienne (en faire 3 fois si on aime avoir un bol le matin ! )..etc Voiture presque indispensable avec enfants pour visiter les environs malgré la proximité du centre et du port. Wifi gratuit avec pas mal de coupures! Literie correcte, canapé lit correct pour les enfants.
