Staff and location

I paid a little over 800 for 2 nights, the stand-up shower glass door was disgusting, you could see the old left over gunk from whoever took a shower before. Huge gap under the entry door to the room. Elevators were messed up too, fire department had to come and get someone who got stuck.

I loved the location. The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was amazing.

The hallway was excessively hot (we did tell the front desk.) The remote to tV did not work. (traveled all day, I just was wanted to relax and watch TV. I called front desk and she told me to bring to the front desk. I asked her to have someone bring one to the room. She stated she could not accommodate my request.) The coffee in the room was only enough for one cup. (Whoever cleaned the room did not pay attention to details.) Around the tub, the caulking has black spots that looks like mold.

"Satisfactory Place to Stay"

This location was very good for walking the downtown historic district of Savannah. The price of the room went up considerably for the weekend, make sure you compare pricing of the other nearby hotels. Room was clean and quiet, had restaurants that were close by. Room did have an oddity -- the tv was in front of the couch, but could not be seen from the bed, because of a tall "frame" that went around the desk, so we couldn't lie on the bed and watch tv! Never had that issue before.
