I was denied at check in.

I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I booked my stay based on the information provided, which indicated a minimum age of 18. However, when I arrived to check in, I was denied because they require guests to be 21—something that was not clearly disclosed during booking. To make matters worse, the woman working at the front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful when explaining the situation. There was no effort made to assist or offer any kind of solution. As a result, I was left without a place to stay and had to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere. This could have been easily avoided if the property had provided accurate and consistent information upfront. I would not recommend staying here unless you confirm all policies directly with the hotel in advance.

Great experience planning a meeting and overnight stay with NYLO Las Colinas. My group was small but the attention from Catering Manager, Susan Do (and her team) was HUGE. They attended to every detail and need quickly and professionally - with a huge dollop of kindness added all along the way.

I had the absolute best breakfast experience at the NYLO Hotel in Las Colinas this morning, and it’s all thanks to Judi! From the moment I walked in, her fantastic attitude lit up the room—she greeted everyone with a genuine smile and that infectious energy that makes you feel right at home. Her killer service was on point; she anticipated every need, kept the coffee flowing, and made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with those awesome crepes stealing the show—fluffy, flavorful, and customizable with fresh toppings that hit all the right notes. Paired with the rest of the spread, it was a morning meal worth raving about. If you’re staying at NYLO or just passing through Las Colinas, do yourself a favor and hit up breakfast when Judi’s on shift. She’s a superstar, and this place is lucky to have her! 5 stars all the way.

Cool little vibe. Very different and eccentric. The bartender Sandor was awesome. He recommended some amazing places to visit while my girlfriend and I are in town. Very down to earth and hospitable guy. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I'm in town.
