The underside of the toilet had not been cleaned, the shower was very slippery- thank god for handicapped rails which I didn’t ask for. Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk for a while after I rang the bell. I would not stay there again!

"This is one of the worst Holiday Inn Express experiences I have ever had."

Since 9 p.m., a truck has been playing music so loud that the building is thumping. I told the manager, but to no avail, even after an 90 minutes. Obviously common curtousy doesn't exist here. I recommend funding another location before using this facility.
