The hotel is close to the University and downtown restaurants, but in a calmer area. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, modern. The reception staff were all very nice and helpful. Parking is convenient.

Not the hotel itself, but the restaurant. Service was not great. I believe they take care of the lower level event area as well and may be understaffed. I waited about 40 minutes for a sandwich, which was not great (soggy fries). The next morning I was going to get a cappuccino and was told they would be right back to get my order. I left after waiting 15-20 minutes. Maybe they just need some more servers.

I like the closeness to the event and resturants

The room was nice but you had some mold in the ceiling in the bathroom ,the trash wasn't removed in the bathroom when cleaned was disappointed for the amount the buffet was included with the cost .
