First of all, Yanni, the receptionist is a beautiful person inside and outside. She was so nice to us. The other hotel staffs are nice too! I like the serene environment. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast was nice!

"My family and I stayed at this hotel on July 5, 2025."

The only positive aspect of our visit was the friendly woman at the front desk—she was welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. After checking in at 3 PM, we went up to our room to drop off our bags. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a strong smell of smoke and a musty odor. Since we had plans with family, we left shortly after. When we returned later that evening, we noticed stains and trash on the couch, and the unpleasant smell seemed to be coming from the bed. At that point, we decided not to stay the night. We packed our things and checked out by 8 PM.

Great stay!! The property is a little worn but the wonderful breakfast and kind staff make up for it. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Nice outside area to relax in the evenings by the pool

The hotel had wonderful amenities. Free laundry room use, a wonderful breakfast buffet with the best service--super clean. Our room was very spacious, great kitchen area. Nice outdoor pool and sitting area. Front desk staff was super helpful and kind. Would Stay again.

Beds didn't seem like a true queen size bed and pillows weren't super comfy but wasn't terrible.

I wasn’t able to stay for my Reservation since the hotel cancelled my reservation with hotels.com through afterpay. I am beyond disappointed since my husband went to their site and was able to book with them immediately for of course a higher rate. I’m disgusted actually

Desk staff in were wonderful. Easy check in staff was very professional and helpful. We met up with friends in the lounge and the desk clerk would check on us periodically to ensure our comfort. As stated, she was wonderful.
