We liked the design, room size and breakfast that was really good. The location is amazing.

There is some issue with the mattresses, I think it is time to replace them. But the major issue is the parking, we were notified couple of hours before our arrival that there is no parking space and we had to park one kilometer from the hotel, and walk in freezing cold weather.

Kernproblem: Service-Niveau entspricht nicht der Preisklasse Was ich erwartet habe: Exzellenter, proaktiver Service Sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal Tadellose Sauberkeit Reibungslose Organisation Was ich erhalten habe: Reaktiver bis gleichgültiger Service Personal mit Ausbildungslücken Mittelmäßige Sauberkeit Mehrfaches Organisationsversagen Konkrete Kritikpunkte Parksituation – Inakzeptabel Kein ausreichender Parkraum, kein Parkservice Auf Nachfrage: Verweis auf Parkhaus 500 m entfernt ("ist ja 10 € billiger") Reservierter Parkplatz wurde schlicht vergessen Konsequenz: Nachts 1 km Fußweg zum selbst organisierten Parkplatz Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen der Lage und eines eigenen Parkplatzes nahe der Altstadt gewählt – nicht, um alles selbst zu organisieren. Zimmer Zugang über unbeleuchteten Pfad im Hintergarten Heizung mit lautem, störendem Gluckern Erste Tasse für Kaffee: unsauber (Teeränder) Frühstück Zwei Mitarbeiter am Hintereingang vor überfülltem Aschenbecher – wenig appetitlich Frühstück selbst: nett angerichtet Bedienung: vergesslich bei Sonderwünschen, wenig Gastronomie-Erfahrung erkennbar Umgang mit Beschwerden Reaktion der Empfangsdame: "Sie hätten sich bei der Geschäftsführung beschwert und eine Entschuldigung verdient." Eine Entschuldigung ist nett. Angemessen wäre ein Preisnachlass gewesen – passend zum tatsächlich erbrachten Leistungsniveau. Empfehlung Nicht zu empfehlen in dieser Preisklasse. Wer Small Luxury Hotel-Qualität sucht, wird hier enttäuscht. Die Leistung entspricht einem deutlich günstigeren Business-Hotel – ohne dessen Effizienz.
