Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Beaumont Northwest by IHG

Housekeeper didn’t show up so that was rough.

There was left over food and drink in our room refrigerator. There was no hair dryer, or coffee pot. They told us hair dryer must of been stolen and they dont do coffee pots because people were stealing them. Also. The small pool that looks like a hot tub is just a small cold what they called "kiddy pool". We also purchased crackers from the lobby, they tasted horrible and we couldn't find expiration date.

Not much

To expensive, mold in the bathroom, the room smelled like they tried to spray perfume in a wet basement to hide the mold smell. You could see where they tried to hide it, but the photos I share are just a small it. The mold is all around the bathtub and in the walls. No calling on fixtures allowing moisture into the walls which is why they can't kill the mold.

Clean and smelt good.

Room wasn’t ready to check in at 3 had to wait til 3:45. The room didn’t stay cold all night. First room keys given to us didn’t work had to go down and get another after going up to room with luggage. Only ice machine working was on the 3rd floor.
