Park Grove Inn

After having a family emergency and sharing that with the staff, the caring we received was beyond expectations. They genuinely cared and offered condolences and such a quick refund action that it was amazing! Thank you so very much to the staff, the owner in hiring the right people so knowledgeable in taking care of such matters. We have stayed there 3 times at least and every experience has been good.

Please take this as a suggestion! The only thing I would appreciate having is a sliding door on the shower so one can turn the shower on without getting hit with cold water. Also, one other thing..is there anyway to make the balconies a little more private? It feels strange sitting next to a stranger with just a railing to separate you and I love balconies but a little more private.

Great location, kids loved the pool. We enjoyed having a balcony and the beds were comfortable.

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was decent.

Smoking not allowed on balcony. No rooms on 1st floor. Only half the shower had a door or cover. No bathtub. Pools and hot tub were disgusting. I booked a room there specifically for those ammenities but they were so filthy and gross. The water was so murky you couldn't see the bottom. There was built up grime on the sides and clumps of hair floating in the water. Just YUCK.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean

Our shower. It was a single pane of glass so there was nothing blocking the water from going all over the ground. We kept having to use towels to clean it up and ask for extra.

Our room was very comfortable and pretty. The outdoor pool was great. The hotel also kept the pools open late

The breakfast wasn't great. The indoor pool was merky

Both the inside and outside facilities were clean.

There wasn't enough lights in the rooms. The kitchenette was so dark you had to open the balcony door to get some additional light in. To serve the food we had to use the bathroom sink so you could see. A light underneath the cabinets would be helpful.
