Skyview Manor Motel

The staff was very friendly. The room itself was alright but the bathroom was gross. It smelled of pee and the shower was filthy. I don’t think they ever change the shower curtain.

Bath tub did not work, no hot water, bed was broken, towels had someone else long hair in them.

Lock was broken and there was a leak in the bathroom that came from the top room.

The room was in horrible condition.. dirty, smell of urine, moldy shower curtain, bathroom door didn't close, bugs, hair. Outlets loose, no remote for tv, the list goes on. The property was in awful shape. I understand beach hotels are outdated, but this was a nightmare. Didn't stay our 2nd night.

The place was very dirty! The sheets were not changed and the tub did not drain properly. Once we asked the manager about getting clean sheets they gave them to us and we changed them ourselves. They did have someone come up and quickly sweep And no the

The hotel itself wasn't bad. Nice area, super close close to the beach, within walking distance to shops. The room was a lil dirty, hairs on the sheets under covers/pillows, the floor wasn't swept. But we were only there to sleep n shower. The pool was also nice, pretty decent size and lots of lounging chairs. Super easy check in and out 👍

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the **staff was kind and helpful**, which made our stay more pleasant. The **location was fantastic**—close to the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of many attractions. However, the hotel itself was in **major need of updates and repairs**. Many things were broken, from small fixtures to larger maintenance issues, making it clear that a handyman (or a full renovation) is desperately needed. The accommodations felt like the **bare minimum**, with worn-out furniture and outdated amenities. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in a great location and don’t mind rough-around-the-edges lodging, this could work. But if you expect comfort and upkeep, you may want to look elsewhere. **Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Major Improvements**

The one and only good thing was the location but even that isn’t enough to make me stay there. Let’s start off by saying there are security guards when you walk into the lot, I felt like I was in GTA. The maintenance men don’t wear any uniform and just walk around so how would you know they even work there? We got to our FIRST ROOM, and no power. There were giant dead flies on the floor, the remote control had batteries taped into it, under the chair was soooo dirty like it’s NEVER been cleaned, sheets full of sand, stains and dirt, burns on the bathroom sinks, ripped curtains, moldy shower, the couches had covers on them to cover they’ve never been cleaned a day since this place existed, the cabinets were broken and seagull feathers in the room. The parking lot and other guests were almost sketchy because they hang out like it’s a motel from the show breaking bad. I can look past things needing to be updated or not being brand new but when it comes to cleanliness that’s where I have standards. They should be paying their guests to sleep there. It’s like a fear factor location, who knows what you could bring home from that place. There is little to NO cleaning. The “king mattresses” are 2 twin mattresses on top of a makeshift wood base. The motel room doors are regular doors with one “house key” not much safety. My first rooms concerns were said to b a misunderstanding and to give me “20minutes and everything will be taken care of” as in fixing the power and cleaning in 20 mi

Don’t do it! Bugs, dirty sheets, dirty beds, hair in the shower. Overrun with undesirables. There are more security guards than cleaning people
