"Good central location with secure parking."

Location is great, walking distance to good restaurants and cafes, shopping and the museum, art gallery and beach. Secure, gated parking is a bonus. The apartment we had was spacious, the spa bath was generously sized and the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The king bed was very comfortable.

The property is becoming dated and in need of a revamp/maintenance as evidenced by some torn curtains, mouldy grout in the bathrooms and grubby/chipped painted walls and skirting. Our front door was off its hinges at the top and could not be opened/closed properly which we reported.

"Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere cheaper"

Unfortunately nothing went well. This place is run down and un-maintained.

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept on. I am still suffering with back pain from it. Even had to make a doctor appointment for pain killers after 1 night of sleeping in it. Complained to the front desk who told us if we had have complained earlier they would have moved us, but it was too late as they were fully booked - this turned out to be untrue as the place was about a third full. Also asked to speak to the manager but this never happened. The walls were dirty, with holes in them. The lounge and cushions were stained. The back door didn't lock correctly and on top of that there was an industrial cleaning van operating outside our room until 6pm. There was a fight in the room above ours with yelling and door slamming, i was unable to contact staff to assist. You are paying top dollar for nothing. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere cheaper.
