Mantra Geraldton

It was very good, staying in Mantra ,the people the room and the locations was above expectations we thought we can't get a room but the receptionist the one that entertained helped and give us the best experience staying in one of Geraldton hotels which is the Mantra hotel.

So far i can't say anything since we stay there for one night only.

Great location and comfortable bed. Parking available

Spa at pool not functional. Spa in room not working. Air con in bedroom not working. Basic in room amenities ie instant coffee only. Requested an ocean view ...not available which we understand but Allocated ground floor location looking onto side street and woken at 4am by people trying to break in and testing all doors and windows along the building

Location and staff were great. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and made the stay wonderful.

Facilities are need updating and repairs Cracked tiles and hazard tape on the balcony. Entry and hallway sterile and in need of decoration.

Booked a two night stay for our family trip. On the second evening, after coming back to the hotel around 9pm from a long excursion, we found out both room keys were not functioning. What was worst, was that the reception closes at 8pm every day. We had to wait for 30mins for the security to come and let us back to our apartment. It is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel of this calibre to allow such problems happened. On top of this, the room was outdated and hygiene was clearly an issue. Duvet had red stain, and the towel bar in the bathroom was loose. Overall experience was highly disappointing and I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at all.

The restaurant downstairs was exceptional and the room was very comfortable.

Carpark view was a bit of a downer, but other than that perfect

the view was amazing and the bed was to my liking as well, the complementary coffee and tea was a good choice and the shampoo/conditioner and the body wash felt like high class products

The lounge room air con unit outside made a very loud knocking sound so we didn't have it on and the balcony was very dirty and spider webs on the wall was not a good look, one of the bedrooms only had 3 pillows which i find odd.

Good location and nice facilities

Aircon in top area didnt work. Did get a refund but was not ideal.
