Homewood Suites by Hilton Bozeman

The hotel is very overpriced. It’s says $210 a night but then adds $26 per person, $350+ taxes, $100 hold and then another fee so,for two nights we paid $800!!!!

bedding seemed old. Needs updating.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel. One room had a clogged toilet. Neither room had any shampoo and conditioner. We reported this to the front desk and all we got it we are sorry. The housekeeping didnt really care to check if they have refilled the shampoo and conditioner. Not a Hilton standard. No attention to details.

We own seven businesses in Montana and know what it takes to provide a great customer service experience. During the week of 21 April, Emily was working the reception desk and provided service I’d typically expect from an exclusive hotel or resort. She’s professional, polite, and has a fantastic personality. She should be the face of Hilton at some level. Kudos to her, the people who trainer her, and do what you can to retain her! John Nolan

do NOT book them thru a 3rd party, they will give you the worst possible room (bed next to the elevator). My bad, never staying at a hilton again tho. The manager was super flippant and did not care. Also don't miss that the airport shuttle only runs to 10 pm which you have to click through to discover, it just says airport shuttle under amenities.

The staff were fantastic and the location is great. I expected a Hilton property to have higher cleanliness standards and to be better maintained. The larger suite was a great set up for my family.

Nice hotel with very good service but hotel is dated. Very clean so that makes up for it.

The breakfast was great. The pool was awesome, very clean.

It is close to the Interstate which created some traffic noise. I would request a room on the opposite side to avoid that.

The staff turned off the water before I left and when I called the front desk the manager was not only unavailable but in another hotel and the front desk staff found it hilarious that I couldn’t take a shower for some reason! I however did not!! Especially after hiking and hunting for rocks before a full 12 hours of flights!!! I have traveled for many years as a Hilton Honors member and don’t appreciate this service by any means!! I will be back to Bozeman but never back to trish hotel! l
