Front desk not as friendly and helpful as with other Lucerna hotels in mexico. Lucerna select was not worth the extra expense. Extremely small and very few selections. No butler service was ever mentioned.

I was impressed, it was nicer than the pictures online. Very clean and classy. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. Good buffet. The staff were great.
