Sandpiper Cove Studios By Holiday Isle

Fantastic facility. Our unit needs a little updating but the price made it worth it.

We were able to book this place the night before and there was no hidden fees once we checked in. Very friendly staff and security, and easy beach access.

This is a "condo-style" hotel as in you are on your own once you check-in. When we did have to interact with staff, they were friendly and helpful. Only negatives were the smell of the sewer near the front entrance, and the pull-out bed was terrible - completely uncomfortable. We fought about who had to sleep on it.

Pretty darn good place. I stayed in unit 3214 with 2 grandchildren for 4 nights. Got a really great last minute deal. Booked through Holiday Isle properties. The description said canal condo with a pic of a condo on the canal. Well, no such luck. Called Holiday Isle the next morning because we got there after hours. They said I got what I booked. So I called hotels.com and they were told the same thing after calling them while I was on hold. What a let down. Couldn't afford a beach side condo and I figured at least this one was on the water! So that is my biggest gripe with this condo. Not sure who is to blame but Hotels.com is giving me a $50.00 credit towards my next room. The condo itself was great. A lot of extra touches you don't find in condo's. One thing I would like to make known is there is no room for food. It is so well stocked with dishes, I litterally had to take stuff out of a cabinet to put some food in and I just left the rest out on the counter. Every possible thing you could need in the kitchen and even some you don't will be found! A washer and dryer was a plus. That was a total surprise. Beds were very comfortable. Some kind of small table in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice. Most of the closet in that room was taken up by the furnace, vacuum cleaner and necessities. All in all at the price I got it for I would not hesitate to rent it again. Short walk or drive to beach.

When we got to the unit, it was not what was advertised. It was supposed to have two beds - we took that to mean actual beds. It did not, it had a hide a bed and a sofa bed. It was very small and not well appointed or especially clean. Fortunately we were able to go to the agent where we got the keys a few blocks away and a much better condo was available, an actual two bedroom that was beautiful. We stayed there instead and loved it. Otherwise, the location is nice, the property very quiet with lots of amenities. Once we got a nice unit, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Close to many fun resterants and on a beautiful beach that's privAte

Just what we were looking for - reasonable, quiet, well appointed(except for terrible lighting for evening read or projects). We loved the beach, on site restaraunt. We'd return.

We traveled with our two teenage daughters, so having a small apartment instead of just a single room was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to have breakfast in the room. The location was ideal, having a section of the beach as part of the property. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the coast. Room was nice but nothing elaborate but okay deal for the cost. We did enjoy the location and have stayed at Sandpiper Cove before this trip. The main negative thing I can say about the stay this time was they charge you a cleaning fee and when we first arrived it had not been cleaned very well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They made our stay even better! The room was very nice and pleasing to the eye. The only complaint we had is that the bed was a hide a bed into the wall and very very uncomfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, but I would want a condo with an actual bedroom and an actual bed.
