The receptionist was lovely, the check in process was very quick and simple. I like how you got rid of the keys and replaced them with codes instead! We loved the new layout also. We shall return.

Nice hotel, very clean,staff were very friendly & helpful. Location was good.

Only down fall was key card to room ,you had to put in a long code every time, if I lost it my room number and hotel is on the card .Apart from that all good 👍
