Days Inn by Wyndham Oklahoma City/Moore

The people staying at the property were very very sketchy.

The people staying there made it seem unsafe.

The room was nasty,I got charged twice, the manager did nothing to help me other than say call booking.com then I was waiting on hold for 2 hrs then as soon as we said what was wrong that we were double charged she hung up. The walls were dirty,the toilet ran the whole time we called and no one came to fix it. No do not disturb sign or pen, no coffee machine in rooms, or breakfast that was on the booking even pictures,was told COVID really????? Come on enough with the COVID. The room stinks like a wet dog so did the bed. Sheets were dirty too! The mirror wasn't clean and we couldn't get an answer from the front desk for 2 hrs after calling over 8 times. I sat in the office for 8 mins before anyone even came in to check me in. Worse experience ever. My husband is a disabled veteran too so being charged twice for this room really is hard living paycheck to paycheck y'all just pull out money without permission!

My reservation said include Breakfast,,,and ,,,they didn’t have Breakfast 😒😔.

I’ve stayed at Days inn before, but this one in Moore, Ok was unacceptable, smelled, dead crickets in the room. I ended up getting another hotel room for my daughter somewhere else, as Inhad no idea what condition the linens would be in etc.
