All linen was used. Tho booked and time stated for arrival my booking was not found and the check in process took an hour.

Everything, we checked in as a family. We booked through booking.com app. The rooms were unclean. Fridge was not working, as I needed to store my medication in the fridge so called reception, the staff told we will fix it tomorrow. flush of the toilet was not working through out our stay, we need to lift the tank cover and manually pull the plug. The soap dispenser came off in the hand when wanted to use it. The bathrooms were stinking with peculiar sewage smell. We booked executive Club room which are the most expensive in tariff. The toilet’s exhaust was making loud noise through out the night. Linen of the beds were stained with red marks, and it was filthy. Towels were very old and dirty and had black and yellow stains.. The corridors were stinking with cigarette smoke. Carpets were very dirty , looked like never hoovered. Breakfast was not good. Tables in the breakfast room were dirty and left uncleaned.plates, cups, glasses were stained, TV was working .

Booking.com said room with 2 queen beds but that configuration doesn’t exist. They offered a room with 2 twins for 4 people :( after asking again they gave a room with one king and 2 twin mattress on the floor, as the room size was big it worked out. WiFi doesn’t work at all, had to ask for password over and over, Couldn’t check out on time as their credit card machine won’t work and reason they have was internet is not working.
