Hotel wasn't honest regarding payment. They asked for my credit card saying that they will charge it on check out day but they charged full mount on the day I booked the hotel. I called and spoke with them but they didn't give me satisfactory answer. It didn't leave good impression.

Staff were very helpful . Good location, very close to commercial St shopping precinct.

Inconsistency between rooms in terms of things working or present. Some rooms appear dated.

I only like the 2 young gents and 1 young lady working there during the day at the reception ....they were very kind and helpful

I was really disappointed by one old man working in the reception at night...his services to the guests are very poor ...i took us more than 40min to check in and we already booked it online ...more than 30min to check out...i mean for the hotels o always booked i always have easy time checking in and out but im this hotel it was really disappointing. Talking of housekeeping staff, i would say i really don't like the way they kept knocking at the door every now and then even after putting a do not disturb sign because we were really tired we wanted to rest but they kept on knocking toa point of even opening the door without our permission ..that was really embarrassing .you don't just open the hotel room unauthorized and people are inside ..you have to respect their privacy... It was really different from what we expected and what we saw online ...totally different from what you get physically

The receptionist didn't assist me regarding the payment from booking.com. I booked around first week of September thru booking.com, they used my CC for pre-auth, they said they will not charge it. But after a few days, it was credited on my account and a confirmation came that my booking was already confirmed. So I thought I paid it already. Upon my check-in they told me that i need to pay, but i told them it was already charged on my account, and they said i need to pay for the room and just contact the booking.com. I was double charge! Trying to contact booking.com but there is no phone number or email.
