Staff friendly and forthcoming.

Building under outside renovation, but inside needs it more (cracks everywhere and signs of fungus. Rooms are run-down the safe is not working, toilet and seat is broken and looks dirty, and sometimes leaks when flushing, shower drain was full of hair and others. Air-conditioning makes big noice. Very noisy nightclub till 02h00, so different to sleep even when room is on 7th floor. Restaurrent Alfredo is good, especially lunch and dinner but breakfast doesn't really cater for internal guests. Staff is generally nice. One young female water was extremely service-minded.

The Property is good.

Booking.com has cheated me by taking money from me at the time of booking and didn't inform the hotel nor did paid to the hotel. Hotel charged me again the tarrif from me. End up paying double/twice for the same facilities. Booking.com acted illigal, illogical etc

Nothing.... Just the location its in Juhu...

The hotel does not have an in house restaurant, it took us to a nearby restaurant( which it claimed was their own). Very strange for a hotel. room was unhygienic. very disappointing :) pictures on web are deceptive.
