Comfortable and conveniently located. Close to Juhu Chowpatty.. Nice and helpful staff members (most of them except the one at night time).

One staff member at the reception during night time. Was not helpful. His body language was that of a person who is doing a favor responding to our questions. A contrast to the younger guy who checked us in. Left a bad impression. Need to train all staff members to be equally courteous. One bad apple can do a lot of harm.
