Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. In line with the Queensland Government’s Public Health Measures, from 17 December 2021, or when 80% of the state’s population is double vaccinated, only fully vaccinated guests will be allowed to enter hospitality venues. This restriction applies to Castaways Resort and Spa. Guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination status at the time of booking. Each member of the traveling party over 16 must present their own certificate. Currently, children under 16 years old do not need to be vaccinated but must be accompanied by fully vaccinated adultsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
