Hotel Shanti Palace

Old property not in good shape, poor condition, lacks maintenance, poor or no service, guests have to pay more on the top of what is already paid while booking, will end up paying way higher than hotels around Mahipalpur.

Good value, I would consider this a 4 star property.

There are a number of budget hotels along this strip that are convenient for a night's sleep if one is in transit at Delhi Airport. At a walk-in rate of 4500 IDR I thought this hotel was pretty average. The air-conditioning, wi-fi and hot water worked fine but the room, and the bathroom in particular, were pretty grotty. One word of warning: I asked the hotel to get me a taxi to the airport the next morning and I must have waited 30 minutes for it to arrive which was odd as the airport is so close and the area is chock-full of taxis.

Reception didn’t give ne the right room I had upgrade md said it’s the same. WiFi was not working for all 4 days I was there. Manager said IT is working on it and will fix it in 30 minutes. This was repeated every time I and other guests were asking. The shower in the bathroom would flow into all areas so your standing on wet floors and towels if just washing your hands or brushing your teeth. Don’t recommend Don’t recommend

Good stay with all basic facilities but limited options with complimentary breakfast. Murg tikka amritsari was good. Price minimum 3500/ for single occupancy. Nearby Delhi airport at aerocity. 15 muns away from airport. Nice behaviour of the stuff

I don t like out the hotel people there, want more price for get me one taxi to airport . This is don't like me.

The property is average, but acceptable for the price point. The room was clean but the common areas were a bit cluttered and hallway carpet was not clean. Having a restaurant inside is convenient. Their airport pickup and drop is good and reasonably priced. Staff are polite and helpful.

Spending a single night in Delhi between flights, I opted to stay near the airport. The hotel is walking distance from the Aerocity metro station, and very easy to locate. While Mahipalpur is generally an area for budget accommodation, Shanti Palace is one of the fancier hotels. My room looked nice, featured all the amenities a traveler expects, and everything worked fine. Even though the hotel is well maintained, the room looked a little worn & dated. Disappointingly, the hotel WiFi signal was weak. If the budget hotel I previously stayed at could provide WiFi fast enough to stream Netflix, a more upscale hotel definitely should do better. Overall, I feel other hotels in the area may provide better value.

Not worth the price. Not clean, run down an old. Close to the airport however. his is an on-going issue throughout india.
