Good rooms.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Restaurant in hotel had nice options

Way way way overpriced.

No windows was hard to know time of day, weather.

This hotel was convenient to the airport but the room was very small

The place was dirty and noisy. There was mold in the bathroom. While we were dining in the room, we saw a centipede crawling thought the room.

It's a good hotel with comfortable room without any outside view ( opening ) . There is staff shortage . My luggage was sent to my room some late after we checked in . Once in the evening we went out and after return room was not opening as electronic room lock malfunctioning . We had to go twice to room with key supposedly recharged but no use . Then after some time a technician came and opened the door after trial but it was not useable as lock won't work . Then we were shifted to another room . In the entire issue I found the hotel employee who normally takes the guest to room and helps in check out was absolutely arrogant and least bothered of our high inconvenience. This staff are working long time in this hotel and become very complacent and taking hotel guest for granted . I had bad impression on this issue . We checked out same night and left for airport for our travel . So our few hours transit stay was unpleasant this time here in Shanti Palace . I found the room allotted to us had this room lock problem but not rectified and management simply alloting such rooms without any responsible action . This is very bad

Close to airport. Dirty and busy area, hotel was comfortable and decent for our purposes
