Country Club De Goa

Здравствуйте,бронировали номер в этом отеле в декабре.Остались крайне не довольны,так как оплачивали обширный номер с видом на закат,на третьем этаже ,а заселили нас на этаж ниже. Мебель была ужасной ,не говоря уже про телевизор!!! Заката мы тоже не увидели так как балкон выходил на другую сторону((((( Ну а если вы путешественник любящий вставать в 7 утра,то этот отель именно для вас,так как музыка начинает радовать вас именно в это время((((((

After crossing the door to the Front Desk we already knew how bad it was going to be. To bad we had pre-paid our stay for three days. Hotel does not have Internet but at the Front Desk and they charge for it. We saw hotel personnel trashing garbage around the swimming pool and no one came to clean it up but after three hours. The swimming pool water is super dirty, so dirty you cannot see the tile paterns at the bottom of the pool. Normally you can see through the water to the bottom, not here. The hotel has a section under construction and it looks abandoned and neglected. The restaurant where breakfast is held is a bungalow type of house surrounded by a water cannal, except that the cannal is dirty and empty (no water in it). The first day the water filter in the restaurant was super filthy, they cleaned it up after they saw me taking pictures of it. The hotel is 2 Kg from the beach but they do not provide towels to go to the beach and they do not allow you to leave the hotel with the swimming pool towels. The personnel is also useless and not corteous. The whole experience there was awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody! If this hotel was inspected by a North American Hotel Inspector, it would be shut down. Oh yes, I almost forgot the cherry on the cake, one night they had an engagement party in the swimming pool with loud music blasting loud late night, the problem is that no one communicated to us or any other guest about it.

There were lot of expectations as its a Country Club hotel. But it didn't turned out to be what saw on net & expected. There were repair works going around the hotel - swimming pool was not open for 2-3 days of stay. Cleanliness wasn't there in the hotel premises - things were old, dusty & not maintained. However, the room been provided was good & well maintained. It was clean & had all necessary things one looks for. As opted for Sunset-view room but much to my disappointment, there wasn't any view from the balcony. Only thing which came in sight was the coconut trees and nothing else. Food in the hotel restro was good & decently priced. Few members of hotel staff were well behaved but some were just not bothered.Additional facilities were not even there like recreation room for playing games - not up to the mark. For kids there wasn't anything to cheer them. Nothing exciting in the hotel to stay for long. All in all it wasn't over the top hotel as the charges would suggest - "expensive" . Not worth the money been charged. Try out the other hotel of Country Club - Na Goa - looks & feels better !
