The swimming pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were always helpful, and the breakfasts offered plenty of delicious options. You can also choose from a wide variety of massages—the massage suite is excellent and even includes a shower. Drinking water is refilled at the reception on request, which helps reduce plastic waste.

Just a small note — the same playlist was played all day, every day, in the garden and pool area.

La chambre choisie à la réservation mentionnée Deluxe était loin d’être semblable à la photo , la chambre n’était éclairée que par une petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur , la salle de bain vieillotte , totalement différente elle aussi de la photo de présentation , le choix avait été fait d’après le confort représenté . Après requête auprès de l’accueil on nous a attribué deux jours après, sur 4 réserves : un logement sombre et peu charmant mais avec une salle de bain semblable à la photo . De plus la piscine pour laquelle le choix avait été déterminant était occupé la plus part du temps par une famille bruyante et s’attribuant l’exclusivité des lieux , ce qui n’était guère engageant pour y venir s’y relaxer et pouvoir nager .

The entire decor and vibe feels like you are in Santorini! The resort has a pool and a fabulous Ayurvedic spa. Our room was quiet and clean. All the staff are helpful. The breakfast is decent and there are some amazing restaurants in 10-15 minutes walking distance for the other meals. The beach is barely 10 minutes away.

The breakfast was not up to par for 4 star rated hotel. They seemed to run out of food towards the end of their breakfast time.

They sold our booked room to someone else and offered a twin bed room. We to shorten our stay

Security Staff at the main entrance, very welcoming and helpful. Reception Staff helpful and welcoming and responded quickly to issue raised. Very much appreciated was the immediate apology for shortfall and issue reported. The size of the room and the peaceful environment.

The smell of sewage in the bathroom and the sound of waste pipe and the floor drains gurgling for long period mostly in the morning. The bathroom floor not at all clean, I have sent a video by WhatsApp demonstrating the level of grime on the floor. The bedroom floor even after a room clean was not really clean and simple clean cloth wiped across the tiles showed the muck. The pool, Restaurant and Bar area is missing a toilet or even a wash basin. I was not surprised to see one male guest pissing onto the garden not far from where I was on a sun lounger. The Sun Loungers have steel cross member inline with your spine and are extremely uncomfortable. It is very painful to lay face down as the steel is right into your ribs. Laying the side of it is also not comfortable. The square pillows are a waste of time. A laundry bin for guest to put their used towels would be helpful and would highlight when a lounger is not longer being used. Only the young lady working in the restaurant area seemed to have an idea of good hygiene, and was using a cleaning spray to clean the tables between customers. All the men I saw (which was not all that worked in the area), used dirty used napkins to wipe the place matts and glass table tops clean. I hadn't appreciated this was there standard practice until I realised after seeing 2 of them doing this disgusting lazy and horribly contaminating method to clear the table. The minimum standard would require a cleaning material and a dedicated cloth or sponge to clean the table and matts between guest. It made me feel rather sick in the stomach to see this. The breakfast buffet was always out of at least 3 to 4 items at any one time. the juice dispenser was empty 4 days in a row as I arrived. The bed sheets are not the required size for the mattresses and as soon as you pull the duvet out to get into bed the sheet is on the move. The duvet is tucked in so much at the foot end that it doesn't cover the shoulders when sleeping.
