Wonderful property! Clean and roomy! The service was amazing! Absolutely fabulous! Short walk to the beach and activities and bus stop. Staff was accomodating and helped us make the most of our vacation.

Very nice hotel, warm and friendly staff. Not next to the beach, a 4 minute walk. The local bus stop is also 4 minutes away, great for exploring Santorini. No meals included, but there is a bar and coffee counter next to the pool.
The location was good and the hosts were great but it was a bit noisy as our room was above the bar and didn’t quiet down till midnight. We had a small kitchen area but it was lacking basics- no bowls or glasses and only 2 spoons, knives and forks. We were only having breakfast there so made do but should have been better equipped. I’m sure they would have provided more if we asked but I think the basics should have been there.
The owners of the hotel were welcoming and made you feel at home. Always with a smile, Sissy, Xrusa and Angelo would be behind the bar making you cocktails and having a laugh with all the guest. The villas were great, the pool relaxing. I would come here again.
Location close to the beach and great beach bars. Pool was nice and pool bar was a good addition. But bar was open until after midnight which is right next to all the rooms so there was yelling/screaming from guests and staff late into the night making it hard to sleep. AC didn’t work well, only cooled the upstairs not downstairs so windows must be open which was hard with the noise. Really hot and difficult to sleep. Enforcing quiet hours and closing the pool bar at 9 when the pool closes would fix most the issues.
Établissement sympa bien placé, piscine agréable, proche de la mer, personnel disponible et accueillant. Chambre avec belle terrasse. Seul bémol, literie moyenne, climatisation bruillante.
Staff were super nice and helpful, easy parking, property was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and all amenities you need. Would go back in heartbeat. Truly a great find.
Nice pool, large rooms,basic equipment for cooking. The kids enjoyed the cats in the property!
Roula Villa is well located to the beach and the bus station. The property is cozy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service staff (Chryssa, Sissi, Angelo) were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
