Very good hotel to stay. Good rooms and food is amazing. Best part is staff is very good in service

Our stay at Hotel Savera was enjoyable! We stayed for over 3 weeks and the hotel staff were very supportive and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Indian specialties including the live stations churning out dosas. We recall with special look back at hospitality extended by Mr Qadir at the time of making reservations and Mr Lawrence who greeted us every day of our stay. Chefs Kalai, Balakrishnan and Venmathy took special care of us at breakfast and we appreciate that. Ms Vanitha also took our feedback to provide antiskid mat in washroom. Will certainly make Savera a part of our itinerary in Chennai.

Enjoyed my 5 day stay at this hotel. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Especially Manager, Ms Vanita Lourdes, who I noticed was taking the trouble to talk to the guests. She enquired about our stay and attended to some of our feedbacks promptly making our stay there a pleasant one.

We had a very enjoyable 5 nights in this hotel. Housekeeping was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and attended to all our needs with great efficiency. I must thank Mr. Murali and Balaji, for looking after us. They were really good. Ms Vanita Lourds, whom we met during breakfast, took to our concerns seriously and endeavoured to implement some changes at our request. Well done, staff of Hotel Savera!! Keep it up.

We had excellent stay!! We stayed in suit room which was very comfortable as I had come here for treatment. Special mention for house keeping staff Rumasri , Murali and manager Prabhu were excellent very helpful and helped me as a patient in every way . Thank you Team Savera for excellent experience

The basic essence of the hospitality industry is only one thing - to look after a guest and their needs. This can take many forms - a comfortable room, superior room amenities, hotel ambience and design, excellent food, diverse cuisines, etc etc. But above all, and most important, is service with a smile and a genuine caring attitude. Which is getting rarer to see nowadays. I have seen guests in fancy 5 star hotels waving arms to attract attention, whilst waiting staff have been chatting to each other. So today at Piano, Savera Hotel, Chennai, it was so heart warming to experience this. A genuine caring attitude and the desire to look after a guest and their needs. I went with a simple need, to have a masala dosa and south Indian coffee. But due to the current gas shortages, they are serving only a buffet breakfast and the coffee is available outside in the lounge. Rameeza at the Piano desk saw my look of disappointment. And then decided to step outside the box to look after the guest. She said okay madam, I'll do this for you. She gave me a little table, got my masala dosa (which was excellent) and later the hot coffee. Simple, but perfect. Thank you Rameeza, Piano and Savera for giving me such a beautiful start to my day.
