Savera Hotel

Great room. Good quality facilities and amenities. Pretty much everything we were looking for in a hotel whole traveling on business. The staff was excellent too and made arrangements for a cab that we wanted for a few meetings in Chennai.

Nothing really, our stay was excellent. Truth be told, we didn't explore the entirety of the hotel. We were basically in our rooms and working on a few things that were needed for our meetings.

It's a place that I regularly stay sometimes alone , at times with family and this time with my parents and kids. It's a hotel that has been around for a long time. So, they know how to do the right things to keep us coming back. In this world of processes and emails .. here they know the right balance of being traditional yet modern. Human plus process.. The house keeping has lovely people.. the breakfast spread is fantastic .. more than the spread it has people who are willing to help the seniors and the kids.. the room, swimming pool infrastructure are great. Excellent customer care and clean rooms. Central Air condition bit noisy: bar, variety of hotels, healthy buffet and attached swimming pool with Gym. Enjoyed thoroughly. Customer relationship manager Mr Lawrence goes out of his way to help customers. Clean water.

Our stay at savera Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. A special mention to assist manager Mr. Kamrudeen & arjun at the housekeeping who was very professional and had excellent communication skills. He was always helpful and made our stay smooth and pleasant. We truly appreciate his support and hospitality. Highly recommended! Thank you housekeeping team

My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with attention to even the smallest details, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Despite a busy schedule, the staff was always available and ensured that everything was neat and tidy before I returned. Their efforts contributed significantly to my pleasant stay.
