The check in was bad, I tried t 3 times to get information about procedure for check in, but I got no replay. It is not good service for customer to check in outside the apartement in windy and snow….

Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, riscaldamento ok, abbiamo visto l'aurora boreale dal nostro terrazzo!!! Facile accesso con codice. Lo staff per l'assistenza disponibile è veloce a rispondere su WhatsApp. Bagno spazioso con bella doccia, acqua calda odorava leggermente di zolfo ma è normale, non capisco chi si lamenta di questo visto che qua spende soldi per andare alle terme mentre lì è gratis!!! Acqua fredda potabile, cucina attrezzata ma aggiungerei almeno un pentolino e coperchi. Letto comodo e spazio per appendere i vestiti. Posizione ottima per tutto, supermercato, negozio per noleggio abiti escursioni e fermate bus a 2 passi. Locali da tutte le parti e via arcobaleno e chiesa Hallgrímskirkja a pochi metri. Soddisfattissima lo consiglio! 😍

Posizione centralissima. Anche se non è servita da reception , lo staff via Whatsapp è super efficiente e risponde in pochi secondi.

La struttura fornisce in dotazione tappi per le orecchie. Affacciando sul corso principale si sentono le urla/risa/ di chi esce la sera/notte dai vari locali. A me non son serviti manco i tappi, qualcuno con sonno leggero potrebbe risentirne. Forse ha qualche camera appartamento con affaccio interno
