Location is great and building/interior lovely as were the staff...but

...bath/shower was awkward with the shower hose being too short and shower screen is too small and does not stop water from going all over the floor & pooling around the toilet. Price for the one night was also high.

Superb location. Lovely suite with excellent bath, including tub & shower. Excellent housekeeping.

Front-desk generally didn’t seem well trained or equipped to assist guests. On a number of occasions, personnel watched guests not acquainted with each other help move luggage up steep, multiple sets of stairs to their rooms, as the desk personnel read publications online or chatted on their mobiles. The front desk also tried twice to collect from guests for charges to other rooms. Unfortunately as that aspect is, the hotel remains a great spot to stay.
