The hotel's facilities are good and well located. but I had an inconvenience when checking in, I showed the lady my reservation was already paid she asked me for my card I gave it to her and I asked her if it was for the deposit of incidents that the hotels ask for she only looked at me and said oh let me check She again made the full charge of the cost of the room. So all my vacation has 600 dollars less when I talk to her, she told me that I had to talk to my bank for them to solve me.

I had a kitchenette so I can cook my meals but there was only one big pot, which was the old teflon kind.

Very concenient location and quiet environment

My father and I had the 2 bedroom suite full kitchen.. it was the best stay we've had.. the service & staff was exceptional.. all our needs were met and suggestions were made..morning breakfast was on point. They have the BEST oatmeal with all the toppings you might want.. just like grandma😋I highly recommend

Where do I start, I booked my double queen room on May 30, 2025. We arrived at the hotel at 10:40. AM the morning of my stay. I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM which I understand. However I advised the desk clerk we would be back late but I need my room held. I was told that would not be a problem. When we returned, I was told “we had to give you a King room instead. That was unacceptable as me and my traveling companion are both males. We hadn’t planned on sharing a bed . Do Not book your stay here unless you want the hotel to ignore your reservation! Jerry Seinfeld said it best “Anyone and take a reservation, it’s the holding that’s the most important thing” We stayed because we had no other place to move to. Do Not Book here
