Very courteous staff and an amazing private pool villa. We loved our time here. The room, pool and bathroom were in great condition with highly good quality appliances in clean condition like the electric kettle and iron. Special thanks to housekeeping staff Kirani, Balu and Srinivas who made our room look stunning with floral decorations. As well as to restaurant staff Prakash and Tabish. They attended us quite well and were very polite. Some suggestions however - The resort can definitely improve breakfast buffet offerings. They seemed quite limited compared to other resorts we've visited. Additionally, sustainability measures can be taken such as reusable glass bottles in the room for drinking water instead of Kinley. Soap, shampoo and body shower dispensers in the bathrooms instead of tiny plastic bottles. Restaurant upholstery can be renewed.
