"It was nice enough, but needed some work to make it visually appealing."

It was clean and easy to check in.

Landscaping plants were dead. The breakfast area could have been cleaner and better lit . Morning crew had apparently not checked the tables at the breakfast area, it was very large, for wiping the table tops.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially considering I usually choose La Quinta when traveling. When we arrived, we politely asked if there was any possibility of checking in slightly earlier due to needing to officiate basketball games. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from the beginning. The property itself was also very disappointing. The outside areas were overgrown and did not reflect the photos shown online at all. The pool was broken, our room would not get cold, and when we asked if a fan was available, we were simply told nothing was available. We were also informed there were no other rooms available, yet no accommodations, solutions, or even a simple apology were offered. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and the entire stay felt frustrating from start to finish. This experience definitely did not meet the standard I normally expect from La Quinta.

"We just stay one night."

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choices.

"Breakfast was good but the clean table was under a vent so it was chilly. I took my breakfast to go."

I am short. The bed was very high. I struggled to get into bed. Put a step stool in each room or deliver one to the short people who check in. A slightly softer mattress would have helped too.

A normal height bed, one with a regular box spring not the type that is so thick.
