I asked for ground floor because I’m disabled 2 months before my reservation but got a room on the second floor anyway. Management not very responsive when I told them. I like staying here when I’m in town for medical treatment but need to know I will get a ground floor room. How can I do this in the future?

Room was old and showing its age but was clean. The sheets and bedspread were a bit thin for my liking. Otherwise pretty good for the price.
