"I was happy with the clean room and location of the hotel, but I was very upset that the pool was closed."

I loved the location and jacuzzi room.

I husband and I came here for a Memorial Day weekend trip for the jacuzzi tub and the pool. I was very upset that the pool was closed on Memorial Day and the day after. the only reason that I booked this hotel was for the pool! When I asked the front desk why the pool was closed for 2 days, she said they needed chemicals. I told her that the only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and jacuzzi tub. she said sorry, there’s nothing I can do about that with an attitude. I felt like I should be partially reimbursed or maybe a discount to stay next time. I was upset with my stay.

Found a comb on the floor in our room. No shampoo in the shower. And the coffee pot was not empty
