San Nicolas Hotel and Casino

My mother-in-law came to help us check in and she was not allowed to go up to the room with us. This was very inconvenient because she was helping us. Then, we were kept up both nights because our room faced the dumpsters. We could hear the hotel throwing things away every night. We were unable to sleep peacefully because of the loud bangs and loud conversations outside!

Property was nice but no water to shower in the mornings with pathetic excuses for it is awful will not be staying again because of the lack of basic necessities

I wished we had more time to enjoy everything the property had. Check in and out no issues. Quiet night. Parking is a cross the street but has security. I will return.

Great hotel, the area or location is not so good. The streets have huge holes. Casino, staff and hotel are very good

Excellent customer service. Great assistance by Ivan who help us during our stay with our luggage changing rooms. Also while I got sick he help us getting ice and was very attentive and consern.

Clean rooms. Awesome Staff.

Get new rug on the hallways $ make sure your linen is clean I sanitized my room & brought my own comforter & covers & towels would have been out of there otherwise

Very convenient and close to everything

The staff was great, the hotel needs an update and the roads need repair.
