Food was nice. Garden was a nice area to have a drink.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Car hire through hotel not available during our stay and reception weren't able to tell us anymore about trips you can book on the hotel website. As soon as I booked I got a message about the sun loungers and I wish I'd cancelled at that point. It's a real shame you're only able to use the few sun loungers around the pool (which are by the road) for free if you're not in a garden room, particularly when the garden sun loungers were almost all unused throughout our stay and are a much nicer location over looking the beach. The beach sun loungers were €40 which was almost twice the price of a nearby beach and very expensive if you just want to sit there for an hour after a day trip.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was es braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen abends im Restaurant ist wirklich gut, aber für jeden Tag etwas over the top. Es gibt nur wenige andere Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Achtung: Wer die Bilder des Hotels anschaut, könnte auf die Idee kommen, es hätte im Garten der an den Strand grenzt genügend kostenlose Liegen für die Hotelgäste. Dem ist aber nicht so. Die Liegen im Garten sind für die Zimmerkategorien Deluxe Seeview, Suiten und Pelican Villas reserviert. Alle anderen Gäste schauen in die Röhre, resp. können sich mit den 10 unbequemen Liegen am kleinen Pool zur Strasse hin begnügen oder am Strand direkt vor dem Hotel für 1 Schirm und 2 Liegen jeden Tag 40 Euro zahlen. Und wenn man Pech hat, kriegt man wegen angeblich zu viel Wind noch nicht mal einen Schirm. Tipp: In der Bucht gleich nebenan gibt es ein Beachrestaurant mit Liegen für 30 Euro, Schirm auch bei Wind und freundlichem Personal. In anderen Rezensionen wird so vom Frühstücksbuffet geschwärmt. Dies kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl her allerhöchstens Durchschnitt.

The sea front view is fabulous. This is an 'adult' friendly hotels so it's very quiet and serene. Breakfast service staff were friendly and happy. Front office staff seem impatient. We are asians so maybe they are not used to seeing non asians. So, I would suggest recon sideration of choosing this hotel.

The extra charges for beach chair €40/day even though the hotel is supposed to have a private beach as one of it's unique selling points. It is acceptable to assume that beach amenities are included in the cost. So a word of caution to asian visitors here. 4 star here is not like in Asia. In addition, please ensure costs are emailed because we were told that parking in the garage is €20/day but upon checkout it was €25/day because it was high season (June). For this point we need to take responsibility for not checking the website ourselves......

Direkte Strandnähe, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer

Strandnutzung (Liegen/Schirme) nicht inbegriffen (30€/Tag, 20€/halber Tag). Frühstücksbüffet lecker, aber recht eintönig - nach einer Woche hätte man bestimmt genug 😉

Chambre grande et spacieuse, très propre, vue magnifique. Personnel à la réception sympathique et accueillant. Hôtel bien placé, pas loin de la ville de Olbia et de l'aéroport.
