Our room did not have a working Aircondition and when saying to the staff we wanted to change room they said they didn't care Staff not nice No wifi

The place it’s amazing It’s tipical Thai building. The staff was amazing . Alway ready to help the guest. The rooms are big and clean . I read some feedback telling there is humidity . We did not find any humidity in the room . Break fast it’s tipocal Asian breakfast that is really good . Beach near by was really good . You are near the elefant park . I will be happy to come back the place Thank you for having us

Booked this hotel on the way south in Thailand. Pulled in the parking lot, no bell boys and once we got to the front desk a sign said no bell boys. I’m 65 and recovering from a recent four level cervical fusion and they put in the third and then said the elevators were not operating so they changed us to the first floor. The entire lobby was very dark, I thought I was in Herman Munsters house, the decor is extremely gaudy, reminds me of something I’ve seen in old Indian (dot) movies. The bathroom is fairly nice although the toilet seat is completely broken. I was frustrated so I decided to take a bath, just one problem , they put in a new tub but gave you no tub stopper, took :15 for someone to find one. The AC in the room does not work, I’m from southern U.S., cannot sleep in the heat and it’s going to be hot tonight. The ceiling fan above my head has a nice wobble to it like it may crash down at any moment. There is a small outer room that we were told to close off in an effort to cool our room🤔. There is some work going on at the top of one of the huge buildings, I can see this place must have been grand in its day although lack of proper management is apparent the moment you arrive. The pool is huge and does look nice but I do not plan to stay long enough to check it out. This is a two star hotel on its best day, if the AC worked I would not mind the $40.00 price but sadly it does not. We booked for two nights prior to arriving so I’ll check out after one night and eat the second. Very disappointed in Agoda for deceiving us and others about this place and others. It’s laughable they list this place 4 stars😂. I’ll have a sleepless night because of the heat and move on, do not use Agoda, they lie! If you are only interested in price and not quality or service then stay at the Ayodhaya Palace hotel. Forgot to mention the sign on the lobby front desk that said “no food in the rooms” wtf is that about? This place is in dire need of a manager and my prediction is the entire hotel will one day soon be blighted.

Among the nicest places I hav stayed at, must have cost a fortune to build. The swimming pools and long swimming channels too good to be true. The plant life is like an ecosystem on to itself. The only nuisance for me was the single control box next to one of the beds for all the lighting, I had to leave the bathroom light on all night!

Despite it is a 4 star hotel, this wasn’t what I got and they are very far from it, but I also didn’t paid a 4 star hotel fee, so the balance is fair. The location is 5 minutes walking from night market. The beach in front of hotel is not the best one, but if you walk 5-10min to Noppharat, is worth it. Staff were very kind and helpful, I got bell boy and clean room service.

In general, my 5 days trip was very busy and I didn’t spend too many time at hotel, so I don’t have any complains. I paid very cheap and received exactly what the description and information said. Of course they have many room to improve, specially comfort, facilities, amenities and cleaning. After some investments could become a small paradise.

Worst cleaning ever. I've never seen that in a room. Bugs everywhere, on the walls, on the bed. A spider nest on the bathroom. The personal from the hotel very unfriendly. They don't explain how the cleaning works, that you need to leave the key. The pool wasn't the cleanest ever as well.

The place is really huge with a lot of potential, but sadly they don't make the best of it.

The place looks like it is abandoned, you need 15minutes to the lobby if you go the right way, if not is half an hour. The pool is not clean and the rooms weren't cleaned up properly from the last time that Aladdin was staying here 😂

The place just looks nice from the outside...its absolutely disappointing when you get to the room and service.

Rooms were dingy..lights were not working...it was hot...airconditioning was not working..the doors dont lock...there were no staff after 8...it was a really creepy place. We immediately checked out at midnight and booked into another hotel.

Very old dirty hotel, plus hanging off walls, dried blood in bath, and we had a fly infestation in the middle of the night. Left after 1 night
