This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 10 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 3 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Good stay, very comfortable mattress. The jacuzzi didn't fill all of the way, even after asking for a service visit (minor inconvenience). Felt a little like the main elements of the suite were nice, but the edges were a little ruff, like there was a weird piece of plastic hanging from the roof of the patio, the jacuzzi doesn't fill all the way, and the patio table was very lop sided, but it looked beautiful and was very comfortable to sleep in.

We loved our stay at Pumillo Mountain and Beach Resort. We couldn't see the beach from the resort but we really enjoyed the forest- like setting. The rooms were comfortable with a great view of the pool and the foliage. The pool was refreshing, the massages were reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing ( and the massages are done in a beautiful pagoda like structure surrounded by foliage). The dinner and breakfast were very good, as was the service. We will definitely be back!!

me and my wife had the best experience. Wow the attention was like the four seasons, incredible staff friendly, and helped us out tremendously. If you are looking for an amazing trip to Costa Rica, this is the place. Got to deal with the supervisor Daniel and hope they were both amazing and genuinely good people Definitely recommend this place and definitely will be back with my wife

A beautiful secluded smaller property surrounded by nature, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is tremendous, Danny and Hope are incomparable for knowledge and helpfulness.
