"Very bad experience"

Services was not good reception. People were bit rude. Nobody seems to be concentrated on what we were saying. We doesn’t have so much of options when he asked for an extra item they were asking to pay. I said it’s not a good hotel.

"Excellent experience"

Ginger is an apt place for business solo visits. The reception team is very prompt and nice. House keeping is also excellent (Fayez from house keeping does a great job in keeping the room clean as well as providing essentials regularly even without being asked). Happy to stay here further.

Had a very comfortable stay here. Staff was very polite and helpful. Special mention for Ms Puja, she took care of everything, made sure I didn't face any problem during my stay. Would highly recommend!

Ginger is an ideal hotel for a reasonable and comfortable experience in Bangalore. The purpose of my visit was to attend a conference, and it was an ideal space to unwind and relax in a compact yet comfortable room after a long day. The staff is very obliging and helpful.
