Excellent hotel in the high end of 4stars. The much discussed sea water was clean enough.

Internet in rooms is very slow. If in early October queues form at coffee and omelet buffets I would not wish to think what is in high season. Indeed everything was very tasty, but probably 2-3 coffee machines will help those who do not want to wait 5-10minutes.

Die Anlage ist mit viel blühendem Grün angelegt und integriert sich sehr schön in die Landschaft. Das Essen morgens und Abends ist sehr reichhaltig und gut,wir hätten uns nur mehr lokale Wurst und Käse zur Auswahl gewünscht,die gab es nur einmal in der Woche.

Der Strand hatte in diesem Jahr leider mit einer Algeninvasion zu kämpfen und auf die Beseitigung der Algenmassen am Ufer scheint die Insel nicht eingestellt zu sein. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm Abends beschränkte sich auf die immer gleiche Karaoke Sängerin,keinerlei Abwechslung mit anderen Acts oder Karaoke für Alle. Wassergymnastik mit Musik hat uns auch gefehlt.

Kaffee wird vom Personal frisch zubereitet (eine sehr grosse Kaffeemaschine, richtig gut). Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist gross und eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool, Palmen--tolles Ambiente (man denkt man ist auf den Kanaren). Zum Hotelstrand sind es nur 10 Gehminuten, toller Strand mit Liegen und einer schönen Aussicht. Frühstück und Abendessen war vielseitig und abwechslungsreich (Livecooking).

Leider hat es bei uns jeden Morgen nach Abfluss gerochen. Parfüm sprühen hilft :). Der Flur war sehr hellhörig (wenn andere Urlauber morgens durchgelaufen sind). Lange Schlangen beim Frühstück wenn man ein frisches Spiegelei möchte und Kaffee (Kaffee und Ei wird aber frisch gemacht)

Bellissimo Resort, curato e che dona proprio una sensazione di relax. Mangiato benissimo, molto vario ed abbondante. Peccato che a causa della Posidonia non abbiamo potuto godere della spiaggia attrezzata dell'hotel, ma sono stati gentili a offrire ombrellone e sedie portatili per andare sulle altre spiaggie, e nei dintorni ce ne sono di stupende.

Solo un suggerimento ai camerieri in sala che a mio parere potrebbero essere più preparati (avere almeno le basi di inglese) e più "eleganti", a volte li ho trovati goffi.

Strandnähe

Sauberkeit am Strand, wäre schön, wenn die Algen einmal pro Tag zur Seite geräumt werden würden. Das Hotel wirbt ja mit einem privaten Strand.

I have stayed at the hotel Sant Elmo with my partner for 5 days. We have felt very welcomed by all the staff and the hotel was absolutely excellent in all aspects, including it's surroundings and the top quality meals which were offered! Bassa insonorizzazione camera, Mancata risoluzione di un problema segnalato, buffet cena troppo affollato e rumoroso poiché il tempo per cenare non era molto, acqua non inclusa nella pensione e costosa
