Tropicana Motel Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk

Found hair in the shower, an open bar soap in the shower, window was broken

They place had big and roches i didn’t even checking it discussting

The cleanses of the place was bad everything looks old and rust

The location was great; rooms were clean, staff were nice. Plenty of parking however parking lot was shape weird to navigate. The pool was as cleaned and nice.

Only one set of stairs to go up to the rooms. It was a bit of a longer walk to go to my room with a child.

Close to boardwalk.

Room was not the same as the picture, very small, wasn’t clean, had fruit flies everywhere, pool was dirty, toilet was old scratched up, water pressure in the shower was bad, had to flush the toilet four times every time you went to the bathroom. They left all the laundry outside on the ground for days, the chair in the room had white stuff all over it which was disgusting. I kept it covered with towels the whole week. Floor was gross, I had to deep clean the whole place myself for an hour when I got there.

Helpful, friendly staff. Easy check in process

Position of air conditioner. The constant flow of cold air right in the line of where you walk and the main area made it hard to maneuver in the room. Only complaint about the room

Do not go here. They are scam artist. I was charged for a room I didn’t book and they refuse to refund my money. I was told the manager would call me the text day to discuss and I never received a call back. The employee was rude, unprofessional and has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to be treated like trash and SCAMMED.
