Nice service

Good hotel in budget options. Host and employees try their best to accommodate guest requests. Host Simran helped with quick check out on request. They could be faster in requests over call for basic amenities such as water or clearance of cutlery which did not happen. But otherwise it was overall a pleasant experience.

Serving Guy - Vikas (photo attached) was very diligent. Booking with websites create hassles in check ins. Breakfast has Puri as regular main food which is very Oily. They should have something healthier like Tandoori Breads etc. Over all a good budget hotel.

We stayed for well over a week as the location suited us: close to the bus station and various government offices we had to visit, plus walking distance to the Fontainhas area, and a number of restaurants. The price was very reasonable, so ideal for a longer stay. The hotel is advertised as being 4 star; well I would rate it 3 star, very much like an Ibis. Rooms are small, if not to say cramped, but have all the basic necessities, including decent air con, a good shower, a refrigerator, TV, a comfortable bed, safe, and generous supplies of tea and coffee sachets. The wardrobe space was adequate. Good enough if you don’t expect luxury. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, and could be anytime from mid morning to late afternoon. The restaurant cum bar was basic. The breakfast buffet was modest, but adequate. The menu for other meals was extremely limited, so we ate out most of the time. There are several small areas for relaxing and socialising on the ground floor as well as a small gym, a playroom for children, and quiet little garden with a gazebo. A lot of the staff seemed to have received only minimal training, and some were useless and sullen, even rude, especially at reception. But others, in particular a few restaurant staff were brilliant. Overall, it was a good stay and good value for money.

My 18th visit in Ginger Panjim,loved this place.They have maintained consistentency in food quality,room services,cleanliness in every way.The restaurant manager Sunny as usual see to it he take care of each & every guest .Harsh the hotel Manger is always there for his Clients problems & queries.Keep it up guys will keep coming and will alwyas recommend to individuals & families to visit Atleast once in Ginger Panjim.

The service and other staff are Polite and professional , Rooms are very clean rooms,best room service and location is very good. Restaurant is very good , serves variety of foods and staff very helpful .Recommend any one visiting Goa on family or business trip
