Great view and the room was very clean! Staff was nice

Gutters are needed on the backside roof. The morning dew condensation dripped on us quite a lot while enjoying the sunrise on the balcony. It wasn’t the end of the world but it could be improved.

I did not like that you have to pay to park in the grass and it is not mentioned. I should not have to pay because did not plan on parking when you designed your place. Bullshit

I love “old-style” Florida hotels - and a lot of times they indeed seem old. But coming here was like stepping into when this hotel was brand new because it is so beautifully maintained. Grounds, paint, furniture (in the rooms, lobby, pool area), decor, towels, beddings - all of that is new, clean, refreshed, updated. What’s “old-style”? Mostly the layout, I would say, the sparkling clean pool right on the river, every room having a pool and river view; super personable and professional staff; and just a very “on vacation” feel. Would recommend, plan to come again.

Immaculate property the bedding & towels were equally exceptional. The dock was enjoyed by my husband. It is like a condo on the intercoastal. Decor is fresh, vibrant & neat.

Great little place on the water. The rooms are immaculate and really well appointed The pool was beautiful. We got a jacuzi room. I literally drank wine and watched a movie. Another nice feature is the ability to walk just down the road, north, to a fun tiki bar and restaurant with very good food.

I just had another amazing stay here. It’s serene, immaculate and very beautiful. The best part aside from the incredible views of the intercoastal, is the friendly staff. Nick and Betsy are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. This is my home away from home and I highly recommend this wonderful hidden gem.
