המקום נקי, מטופח ושקט, החדרים שלנו בקומת הקרקע היו נוחים ונקיים. ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית וטובה והצוות אדיב מאוד. אין הרבה מה לעשות במלון והוא מתאים בעיקר ללינת מטיילים באזור ולמנוחה. אהבנו שקבלנו שוברים לשייט קייקים באתר רוב רוי.

שאין שמפו ומרכך במקלחת רק סבון גוף. חבל שאין בריכה במקום או לחלופין שחוף הכנרת הסמוך היה מסודר ונקי עם קצת הצללה של עצים והיה מאפשר רחצה גם ללא מציל (באחריות הרוחצים כמו בהרבה מקומות אחרים בעולם)

Номер грязный, полотенца по одному на человека , даже для лица и рук нет , на теретории отеля около нашего номера, поцарапали нам машину видно что специально и сильно вся левая сторона , обратились на ресепшен обещали посмотреть камеры ....но так никто нам и не помог , равнодушное отношение персонала , испорченный отпуск

למי שבא לשים את הראש ולישון בלילה , זה מקום סביר עם גינון יפה ומטופח, ורעש מחריש אוזניים כבר בשעה מוקדמת של כלי הגינון המונעים במנוע בנזין. נץקלנו במשך שהותינו ב 2 ג'וקים

The breakfast was good on Friday.

The coffee machine did not work on Saturday, and there was no fresh coffee available. The room was not so comfortable, beds are very basic, not what we expected from the very high price. The shower had mold stains. The water had a very weak flow. The guests in the rooms next to us made a lot of noise at night, and bothered our sleep, and also left a mess outside our room.
