"Broken elevator, frayed carpets"

The carpets are filthy and frayed, the bathroom fixtures are loose, there was no second roll of toilet paper and most awful of all for my elderly mother: the elevator broke and she had to maneuver her walker from our room on the second floor. We paid a lot for a most unsatisfactory night.

By our house,central air went out in our home.

The price was alittle high & the refrigerator wouldn't close
